Idk a whole lot about the car because it was years ago but I think the dyno'd it and it came out to a little over 600mph. Nothing was stock in it and it was a LIGHT car once everything was done. I know he said the only race he had lost was to a crazy fast motorcycle. But yea it was easy 5-6 years back.

Yep. Have owned 5 of them, driving a 2012 2-door now with a 4-door on order. Most of all the horror stories are true...rough ride, mechanical issues, leaks, crappy mileage etc... but take a ride with the doors and top off just once and see how quickly you start finding reasons to take a drive after that.

Also my 2012 avgs 19mpg, which is better than the 14mpg my avalanche gets and the about the same as the wife's FX50 so it's all relative.

Look at the fj and the 4 runner.
I was going to buy a 4 runner( I have had two) they are incredible off road and on road. I went and looked at the moreno which I really digged but want to see the infinity version. And somehow I walked out with a g37 ( 4 door sedan) which I really like.

Jeeps wranglers have such.a short wheel base the ride is just shitty and Chrysler just cant figure out the starters and auto trans.

lol i went and looked at nissan 370 z and walked away with a g37 coupe, my last car was a lifted f150, great for off road and hauling shit but im happier with a sports car.

It will hit that with a pro driver, not a regular driver on a track. I have seen it done before when it first came out. The 2012's did 200mph... I hope to have close to 750-800 rwhp when I am done and that?s conservative tuned for the street. Track tune close to 900 rwhp.

i would hope it runs a 9 with twins. We have a Camero that ran 198 in 1/2 mile (RIP) wrecked it.. The shoot came out and pulled the car off the track and went through a sign. Its all body damage so its being rebuilt now.

Cars are fun but a HUGE money pit.

my jeep isn't even remotely in the same class as these
but my two cents...it eats, shits and pukes gas...its worse gas mileage than my triton expedition..that I ironically sold because of fuel economy
its transmission has been out three times in 6 months..one of those times was because of a fuck up on my end to be fair
it is the worst riding vehicle in possibly the world..cept maybe a deuce and a half. It does have a 3 inch suspension lift and 33" off road tires.
only being a two door it is surprisingly roomy for hauling stuff...bonus the top comes off..doors takes two seconds to take off

We have nothing to do with cafe standards. Can't say anything else other than get your Wranglers while they are still made with Danas.

The Dodge Charger will soon be an honest 200 mph car. We've been testing the prop shafts for 200 mph.

Don't buy the new Cherokee. Total POS. Nice interior, but mechanically it's a train wreck waiting to barf its internals all over the road.
