Euro pharm pre contest blast off!!

Hit chest tonight got 295lb on flat bench for a set of 3 and a set of 2. Might not be great but if felt good to hit some heavier wieght. Iv mainly been lifting a little lighter since I started my cut. I feel that I could have gottn more but my wife was spotting me and she didn't even like spotting the 295 haha. I felt great and strong. After chest I played some basketball with some bros and my wife for about 1.5 hours. It's been a good and productive day. Lets make the rest of the week the same.
 
Hit back and shoulders, and stair master today. It's 100 carb day, it's rough going through the day with no carbs. But it's part if it. Got the tren sweats going. Weight is at 194lb.

Ppl ask me that and I honestly don't have one. I no I should shoot for middle wight, but I just wana get lean and mean. This will be my first show and I'm mainly doing it on my own. I have an online coach and a few local bros to help me. This is mainly a learning curve and a stepping stone to the future. I believe middle weight is 178 ish. I would like to be there but I'm not willing to crash diet and loose muscle. So I'm just shooting for as lean as possible. Like I've said befor I've never been under 15% bf before this. It's hard for me to loose weight, I'm not genetically meant for body building. But hard work and dedication beats genetics. Lol. That being said as long as I'm lean enough to step on stage ill consider myself a winner.
 
Good positive attitude man, you consistently have it props to you. I'm in the same boat want to look lean but mean as well but unsure of weight goal really. Keep at it man.

Hit legs and now the stair master. I love being able to workout in the mornings. Giving it my all! Burn fat burn!!
I'm glad this EP gear is smooth. I don't think I could do everyday injections like I'm doing with alot of other gear. Even my pecks and tris take it well. And iv never used them as injection spots befor this blast!!
 
What size pin are you attacking your pecs and tris with?

Yes I did. And I'm glad I did. It's going better than I imagined. Iv only pinned them twice, but it went smoth both times. Sore for a couple days but nothing real bad.
 
Riding my bike this morning for 45min. Sweating like a hog!! Hopfully ill get to hit arms today after work! Iv been doing good with my diet. It's becoming more of a life style now and not a diet. Iv been with my coach for 10 weeks and have 10 weeks tell my show. Just have to stay focused on my goal, and keep busting ass everyday. Happy Friday fellas
 
Killed arms today. Heavy hammer curls, heavy preacher curls with easy curl bar, rope curls, tri kick backs, skull crushers! Tri push downs. Now doing stair master. Got a great pump and great workout. Your body has no choice but to grow when u work it this hard!!Grow muscle, shed fat!! That's my life goal. Feeling great today... Learned that a natural pro body builder I'm my area is opening his own gym! He invited me to join!! I can't wait tell it opens in a couple months. Feeling motivated, and determined today!!
 
Got a killer chest workout this morning. Tore up my chest good. Shoulder pumps are killing me . I love that pain. Felt good and strong. Yesterday I got 45min if cardio on my bike then played basketball for about 2hr. It's Monday so time to grind out anouther week. Work hard eat clean get lean!!
 
Today is back day. Didn't feel as strong as I should have. Was still tired. Non the less I hit it and got a good work out in. You have to push through the hard days. It's what makes us body builders, not just joe that goes to the gym!
 
Hit shoulders hard this morning. The shoulder pumps I get are intense. Love it tho. I love having big shoulders! Today is 100g carb day. Finally starting to loose wieght again. Going keep chipping away at that fat.

Special thanks to Z and his reps for the gear. I'm loving it! It's helping me transform into the body I want. I'm the leanest iv ever been. This is one hell of an adventure. Iv literally never thought I would ever even come close to seeing abbs. But now I am! It keeps me pushing every day! If you've got what it takes then give what it takes and get the reward! Lets kick this hump day in the balls. Good day bros!

Hit legs today. I carbed up heavy this morning. Got a good leg pump and some good deep ass to grass squats. Only whent up to 275 but was doing reps of 10-20 ass to grass. Standing calf raises, leg curls, sit ups, and some other core. Legs aren't always fun but it must be done. Don't slip leg day guys!!
 
Arm day Friday!! Doesn't get much better than that. Hella pumps on the bies and tris as always. Feels great to blow them arms up! Now I'm climbing stairs to nowhere. Going to try and break into the hi 180s by next Thursday!! Wish me luck!! Gota try and get into middle wieght to have a chance. Shows in 9 week!! Eeeekkk. Ain't no time to fuck off now. Lets do it!!

Thanks guys. It feels good to motivate ppl. It motivates me to keep pushing. And it makes it feel like I'm doing this log for somthing! Keep hitting it guys. We are the only ones that can change our body's. we must take control and get it done. It's very rewarding to see results and for others to notice them. I see myself daily so I often times feel small or don't see the progress iv made. It's not tell others say somthing that I feel good about it!! This board is the most supportive and best one of them all. Glad to be here and contribute to it!
 
Played some basketball last night. Ate a bad dinner, ohh well I'm paying for it now on my bike. Going to ride for an hour this morning!! Injected pecs and tris this morning!
 
What did you have for dinner that was bad? I am always interested in these.
 
Hot wings and a salad with ranch. Hahaha not to bad but not good.

Killn chest today!! Still have some soreness from Saturdays peck injections! But who wants to skip chest day? Not me! Chest is swole and pumped as shit. Got beast mode on full blast. I love making half timers look like pussies in the gym. I just set up shop next to them, start killing it and watch the mirrin!! Good Monday fellas. Lets make it a great week full of progress and steps forward!


P.S. tren cough sucks so freakn bad! Shit hurts my throat. Only had it 3times now but it sucks.
