Doing back this morning. Doing a lot of different exercises. My chest has some good pip. I hit a nerve in my right peck yesterday morning and it flexed up with the pin inside. So I'm sure there's some pretty good trama to it lol. Ohh we'll just more scare tissue right? Haha. Going in for a blood test today. It will take 5-7 days to get my results. But y'all will be hearing them!! :) feeling like a beast lately so I have no doubts. Plus I've tested Z's gear before and it's gtg. Just letting the haters know :)

haha I was joking with my friends the other day about dropping my shorts and shirt and busting out some poses lol.
 
Getting that leg pump!! Hurts so good. Leg day gets my HR up and pumping. Burning those calories. Did a lot of inverted leg press. Leg extensions, calf raises, abdominal work and some others... Holly shit! My legs are so pumped I can barley walk. Great leg day!
 
Had a great shoulder day today. Was sweating my balls off. Hit shoulder press, lateral raises, up right rows, and Arnold presses. Worked them tell there was nothing left! My weight is staying stable around 196lb. But I'm slowly looking leaner. I've upped my water intake to 2.5 gallons. This has helped me shed a little water weight. I've been hitting cardio every morning and working out in the afternoons. My coach has me eating carbs up to my workouts and non after. This is to help burn fat and keep me full.
 
Killing my arms today. The pump I have is incredible. Just did tricep rope pull downs, started with all the plates and worked my way to the lightest. Tris are swole as fack! I love killing arms. The feeling of the pump is the best! After my workout I'll be refeeding with an ass ton of carbs!!! What a wonderful Saturday.

Killed back today. Didn't feel that great and was tired but that's just the way it goes sometimes. You have to push through the bad days anyways. Got my blood test back and my test was 6000 on 1g of EP sust. Check out my new thread for the full lab results!! I'm more than happy with all aspects of uncle Z.

Got that leg pump today. Been hitting legs good the last few weeks. I've been getting great pumps. I'll soon be throwing in EP var whinny and some proviron. I dropped the tren Bc the mental sides finally cought up to me. Once my wife starts calling me out its time to drop it lol. So I'm currently running 700mg EP prop and 350mg EP mast. I switched back to prop from the sust Bc it's getting closer to compition time and I don't want long eaters in me. All is going great tho. I'm trying to get leaner. Idk if I'll be quite as lean as I should be but I'll ok. It's my first comp and mainly a learning experience. I no I'll be bringing the heat next year. I've learned so much from this prep.
 
Spent yesterday with my wife and daughter. It's a hard thing to balance a body building life style and a family at times. Only have had a wife and kid for a year. So I still have to fight to balance them at times. But I couldn't help but go to the back yard and get a good chest and arm pump. Did bench press,close grip press, flys with bands, heavy curls, reverse curls, and skull crushers. Burned 470 cal.
 
Had a good workout today. Did chest arms and some core. Injected tris this morning, so they got a good pump in them. Did post workout posing. Makes posing hard when your wore out, but it's good for me.
 
I hit shoulders today. I love hitting shoulders and feeling that pump. Come to think about it I love to get a pump on any muscle. It would be hard for me to pick a favorite muscle group or workout. I just love growing!!
 
Smashed legs today. Nothing better than a nice ass to grass squat. Burned 600cal in 50min. Can't complain about that. Go kill those legs bros.
 
Haven't logged at a bit. My gramps died last week. Been hitting cardio a lot. Got a good chest day in today. The mast has me looking and feeling thick and hard. I love it.

Did cardio yesterday morn then got a good back workout in. I did bent over bar rows. One plate to warm up 3sets with 2plates then finishes with 100 reps of one plate. Also did lat pull downs, seated cable rows. One are rows, rear delt flys, I think there was more but can't remember lol.. This cal deflect is starting to get me down, always tired, sore, and feel like an old man haha. Gona push through it tho.. If it wasn't for the mast and test there's no way I could handle this cut..

Even tho im leaner then ever, I feel thicker then ever. Iv made good strides on my physique this cycle! The EP gear is greAt and has helped me a lot!
 
Hit legs good and hard today. Then had 300 carbs for my refeed. Gona kill the diet for the next 3weeks. Then it's show time. Work everyday.
 
Met up with my coach yesterday. We did a lot of posing and went over the next 3weeks proticol. He says I look good but have a lot of water to shed. Time to drink, sweat and make sure the diet is spot on!! . My body is constantly sore. Iv never been anywhere as lean as I am now.
 
Hit chest this morning. Got a good pump and burn. Did high reps and very consintrated reps, sweezing the muscle.

Haven't updated in a bit. Life's been supper busy. I'm 9 days out from my show. I will post pic from the show. By body fat is pretty low, but I'm still holding a lot of water. But I'll get rid of that in the coming week. As of yesterday iv dropped my test. I'm running mast and tren for another few days. I'm on EP var, whinny, along with the oils... Workouts have been light and for reps. Still getting good pumps.. Lots of posing and cardio!! It's go time!!! Let's kill this shit!
 
Compition was this weekend. It went well. I placed second in my class. I had a lot of fun. I needed to be more conditioned then I was. Diet has always been the hardest part for me. But I learned a lot and I now know what I will need to bring next year! Thanks to uncle Z for the great gear.

was it body building or physique? national qualifier? whats your stats?
what did you do to drop the water? for photoshoots that ive done in the past (could have walked on any stage and placed) i always did a 4-5day prep. granted, i train and diet year round for a show.

It wasn't a qualifier, just a small local show. I did body building as you can tell from the pic. I weighed in at 193lb. I'm 5'8" y'all 24yo. This prep is the first time iv ever dieted down or dieted at all lol. If you look back to the fist page of this thread you'll see how chubby I was just 16 months ago. I know I have a long way to go but I'm proud of how far iv came regardless.
