I'm definitely staying more vascular. Abs I dunno. Maybe placebo because it's so soon but it seems to me that I am starting to ever so slowly get a bit leaner. I'm fairly lean to begin with though. No bloat though.

Maybe I just respond differently than you do, but I've known others that never experience the bloat nor the carpal tunnel like symptoms. I've also not experienced that either. Lucky me I guess?

If I were going to use it to get the most out of a cycle I would use 10iu. I'm using it now just for the leaning out and anti-aging properties.

For that use I think the difference between 4-5 iu might be negligible enough so that going to 4iu would make each kit last an extra week and save me some cash.

Yeah those damn Alpha tops are a pain in the ass. I have lost a few amps due to glass in the oil becuase of the tops crushing instead of snapping. These amps snapped with no problem. Don't need gloves or a shirt to protect your fingers like you do with Alpha.

You can get something called filter needles for drawing out of amps. They are needles with a filter built into the hub of the needle. They are specifically made for drawing from amps.

You can also buy an amp opener for less than $10 I think. That should help with any issues opening amps.

Alpha amps are easy to open once you find that sweet spot. It's like there's one perfect position to hold and snap thee neck at and it opens real easy.

I just started at 5iu, then backed off to 4iu. I had no sides, I just wanted to make each kit last a little but longer and still be using a decent dose.

I'm mainly using this for the anti-aging effects, though I'm hoping to also get some bodybuilding benefits from it.

I've been out of the gym for a little longer than I thought I would be with an injury. Hoping to get back at it next week, then start another cycle when I'm able to give it my all again.

But right now with my 200mg TRT dose of test and a good stint out of the gym, my GH is doing me pretty good. I'm more vascular than I would normally be with this much time away from the gym. I seem to be leaning out a bit despite no effort to eat better too.
