Exemestane versus Anastrozole, what your daily dose?

Those who have used both for TRT....what did you like better and why? What was your dose of each?

Currently I use adex @ .05 2x's per week, but am considering asin for the lipids benefits.

Thoughts, suggestions?

adex wrecks my cholesterol levels so I use exemestane at 12 mg twice a week on 5oo mg test each week

If u manage ur trt protocol then there is no need for an ai, both have pros and cons to using them, ive used both, currently lowered my trt dosage and dont use any ai.....

100 mlg test cyp per week
250 iu hcg 1 x per week.....

If and i say if my e2 creeps up ill add in a bit of exem

But i usually lower hcg instead because ai's arent really that healthy anyways.... A few things can go wrong with using an ai,

Lipids, hdl lowering, cholesterol being raised etc.....

Id rather have an e2 between 25-45 than bad lipids etc.... U need estrogen, and 45 isnt all that bad to me anyways

I only use an AI if I'm goin above my TRT dose of 250 wk. And it's usually .50 anastrozole eod.
