I decided to take advantage of the free coaching by DarkBeast that PSL offers to its customers.
I've never had a diet/nutrition/training coach and since I planned to stick with PSL why not?

Stats:
Age mid 40s
Height 5'6"
Weight 181

Plan is to get rid of the extra fat and water that I'm carrying around my mid-section, and to gain lean muscle.
I know that at least initially the scale is going to go down, but now I'm more concerned about aesthetics.

Going to run an 8 week cycle.
Test c 400mg a week
Winstrol 30mg ed for first 4 weeks
Mast P 150-200 eod starting week 3-8
Proviron 50mg ed starting week 3-8

I'm just coming off a 12 week cycle of PSL sust/npp
Started that cycle at 182lbs and got up to 185.

About 2 weeks ago I reached out to DarkBeast and asked for help.
He helped me come up with a cycle plan that worked within my budget.
He also tweaked my training schedule based on what I told him about my new goals.
I started almost immediately adjusting my macros and switching my training split.
Since then I have already lost about 3-4 lbs.

I will post some starting pics and of course TD pics.

Not sure if my body is fighting all the sickness going around or if coming off NPP and right into Winstrol is whats making me feel this way.

No training today, was supposed to be leg day.
I have been having some heel pain, and now my ankles are swelling up also.
I bought some heel cups for my work shoes as I'm on my feet most of my 10hr shifts.
Today when I got home I had to ice my feet/ankles to help with the pain.
My wife thinks I jacked them up training legs.
I'm hoping the heel cups and icing them help because we have inventory this week and I'm scheduled straight through til saturday.
My next opportunity to train will be tuesday before work.
Then no training til saturday.
