DEEP BREATH = A STRONG REP

See my big gut at the top of this squat? This is a still I took from the moment I was about to descend into the rep.

Before each rep of your main compound lifts (5 reps and under!) take a deep breath, hold it in your stomach and press against it throughout each rep. This will keep your core super tight and stable throughout. Release at the top, and repeat.

Lift heavy!

Yes sir it was just what we both needed.

It's funny, we stayed in a locals area, and I thought Jas would get all the hassle off of the men, but because tattoos are illegal there and they literally have never heard of a gym they all hassled me LOL. They'd never seen somebody like me before, imagine if a pro went over there!!

I had no idea it was like that. Did you know before you went?
Did they treat you more like a Spectacle or like a Celebrity?
Also were you able to use it to your advantage to get free stuff? LOL

The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 has now been amended to contain Dienedione, a previously unclassified prohormone, It is now a Class C drug, under the same ruling as other AAS, making supply of this product illegal. Posession and personal usage is still legal however.

I have just ordered some cinnamon to test as a Glucose Disposal Agent in place of Berberine. I plan to monitor my Fasted Blood Glucose and Fed Blood Glucose levels on both and see which I respond best to!

Has anybody used cinnamon as a GDA? Or in fact, for any other reason?

Some research...

'After 40 days, all three levels of cinnamon reduced the mean fasting serum glucose (18?29%), triglyceride (23?30%), LDL cholesterol (7?27%), and total cholesterol (12?26%) levels; no significant changes were noted in the placebo groups. Changes in HDL cholesterol were not significant.'

Got my results back for the Euro Pharmacies Testosterone Enanthate I sent into ChemClarity!

Firstly, the service from ChemClarity was brilliant. Extremely easy and convenient from start to finish.

Secondly, the results came back at 218mg/ml vs their label claim of 250mg/ml. This shows an under dosing of 13% which is a good result for a UGL!

Euro Pharmacies gets a thumbs up from me
