I stand accused of: "being new" & "clearly a "REP" for Pharmacon"

Evidence against me: Gave my OPINION, to another member (Renaissance Man) regarding my personal experiences with a particular sponsor (BasicStereo) & their product (Pharmacon)

Evidenced against my accuser: I received this pm from him today

First off, I'm not a rep. You can easily find this out by, not harassing other members, & contacting any moderator or admin with your concerns.

Second, I don't give a shit what you do or who with.

In closing:
I have been wrongfully accused of 1 count of being "NEW" & 1 count of impersonating a "BOARD REP".
Furthermore, I believe in making these clearly false & fabricated claims, the accuser has defamed the credibility, directly & indirectly, of all legitimate board reps.

I implore the jury to:
A) "strike" these ridiculous charges against me & find that am Not Guilty of "being new" & "impersonating a BOARD REP".
B) find the accuser guilty & liable for defamation/slander of all board reps. He should be sentenced to restitution, in the form of a very public & humliating apology to all of those affected.

DELIBERATION BEGINS NOW...
 
I've known you to be around these forums for quite a while. You've always been good in my book. And what I do know is you are 100% not a rep, rather just a guy giving your experience about a company you dealt with. I find you not quilty... case closed

Bad Gas has been here a while now..at least a few years I think. I don't have any idea who he does or doesn't rep for, but if he says he isn't repping for anyone, I have no reason to disbelieve him.

Yeah badgas is not new for sure but coolhand has been around for a long while also. First member to get littlewing wet.
 
Also pharmacon is good shit. Just a little expensive at times. But I would never second guess recommending them.

trust me iv even been bashed as a rep for posting my exp. if its good im a shill and a rep if its bad exp then I'm competition and a rep... its a joke at times...
happened recently at mes, got ripped a new a-hole ad lots of lies posted and when i called em out not even one bit of evidence except that i posted my log on another site and "it was word for word" well fuk yeah it was im copy pasting my log/exp on two sites why the F would i re write it each time... jokers...
try not to take it too personally, people can be jack ass's ad in reality alot of under cover reps are arund doing this shit, its a double edge sword

This whole thing is baffling. Someone's been around IM for about 2-3 years, has a decent number of posts and is semi well known, then gets called new and a rep... for endorsing a popular reliable source (that also happens to be my favorite btw).
