Should I wear shoe lifts if I am 6ft1?

I am 6ft1 220lbs and I am not sure if I should wear shoe lifts? Is this good height for average guy who is not athlete etc...basketball player, wrestler?

.. yea man , we have a saying here in the USA, 'if the shoe fits, lift it'... we also recommend' leg lifts'...
