Hi,
some comments about our warehouses.
Regarding EU warehouse. We are going to use it as the default one and it will open by default, once you enter www.basicstero.ws. We have to resolve a few things on it.
Earlier it had EUR as default currency and USD, GBP could be chosen from a drop-down list. Since we are going to use EU warehouse as the default one, we set USD as the default currency. There is a trick here. Since all our calculation and internal cooperation with our EU employees is in EUR, we have to keep EUR as the only base currency. Balances on EU warehouse are also in EUR.
When you open EU warehouse and see USD prices now, those are converted from EUR based on the real-time EUR-USD ratio. Due to this we got several inconsistencies.

1. USD & GBP price is not always the same and may vary depending on the ratio of respective currencies.

2. If you have USD as the default currency and chose to pay via bitcoin, at the checkout our site shows price in USD, which is converted from EUR in real-time and amount in bitcoin is calculated based on the real-time EUR-bitcoin ratio, because EUR is still our main currency for all internal calculations.

3. When you get confirmation e-mails for your orders, prices there may show a bit different values than sums shown on site, again, due to real-time conversion at the moment.
Now we are discussing all possible options to eliminate all inconsistencies and make the entire purchasing process user-friendly and price calculations completely transparent.

4. Once we find a universal solution, we are going to launch a promo at our EU warehouse. Most probably we will launch it for one month and it will be a promotion similar to the international one, but with following bonuses:
for 200 EUR order - 50 EUR bonus
for 300 EUR order - 100 EUR bonus
This promo is not running yet. We will update you in a separate announce , when we launch the EU promo.

5. We were going to close International site and ship from EU and US only. 6. Regarding international discounts moved to EU warehouse. Yes, we are going to move them, BUT due to all expenses with restocking EU warehouse the maximum possible discount at EU section is limited by 15%. If you had 30% at our international warehouse, you will get only 15% at our EU warehouse. On the other side, as i mentioned above, international warehouse is not closing yet, so you can order from China with higher risks, but higher discounts/larger bonuses.

7. Next, for existing customers we are going to copy international accounts (= all discounts) from international section to EU section so that you could get promised discounts.
For new customers, who is not signed up yet, each warehouse requires its own registration procedure. It is very simple, you only need to enter your account and password.
We will simplify this system in future. We are developing new modular site engine, which will make our site more user-friendly. It will allow only one single account and one single balance for all warehouses. You will have one single login page instead of 3 (for each warehouse). After you login into your unified account, you will be able choosing warehouse location, where we should ship your order from. Prices will change depending on this choice. situation is changing rapidly. I just had a meeting with our company head. In my previous e-mail I announced that we were not going to close our international warehouse (china) to provide best prices and promotions. Circumstances changed. We got major restocking of our EU-based warehouse and decided not to ruin our reputation with increasing number of seizures from China.
International (china) section will be active on our site for next 3 days only. In 3 days we remove international (china) section. EU section will be renamed into International premium.

Right now our programmers are working on required changes for warehouse transfer . Here is what happens next.

The address of EU-based warehouse https://eu.basicstero.ws will be removed at all. EU-based warehouse becomes our International Premium warehouse. It will be moved to the address of the current China-based warehouse https://int.basicstero.ws and it will open by default once you enter www.basicstero.ws in your browser. Our programmers are working on transferring all discount from China-based international warehouse to the new EU-based warehouse. It takes some time. We will do our best to make this transfer unnoticeable for you. International balances/discounts will be moved to the new EU-based International Premium warehouse. After thorough consideration of all the possible ways to merge databases we came to the conclusion that simply merging may have numerous unexpected and unpleasant consequences for our customers (e.g. accounts with the same username can belong to different people at different warehouses, etc.). Therefore, we decided NOT to merge.

Our old china-based warehouse was moved from https://int.basicstero.ws to https://chinaint.basicstero.ws
We will keep it for a couple of weeks only to allow you to check your orders and transfer existing discounts.

You can login with your old existing usernames and passwords at https://chinaint.basicstero.ws/index/login.

we receive many emails recently from concerned customers regarding their tracking numbers.
After we transferred warehouses and launched promotion (which is still running, by the way), new EU-based warehouse has enjoyed great success. But because of all the positive interest, there were some delays. Honestly, we were not ready and did not have enough man-power.

An additional device to speed up processing your order is using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment option. Important update regarding shipping terms from our EU-based warehouse:
To ensure safety of our shippers who are risking their freedom we will upload tracking numbers not earlier than 7 days after an order is actually shipped.

Some news.
First of all, we had to remove MoneyGram as payment option for a while at least. There were too many unsuccessful payments, which is a real headache for both sides. To prevent similar issues with WU we had to raise the min. order total to $400 . You will see WU as payment option only if your order is over $400. If we do not do this, we just screw up any possibility to pick up WU transfers at all and cause really much headache to our customers.
Orders below $400 can be paid by cryptocurrency only so far. It is the most friendly payment way. You get discounts, your orders are processed faster.

I mentioned earlier we had some packages stuck at US ISC, which was the first time ever for our EU-based warehouse. It was really unpleasant, especially after we widely announced 100% delivery rate (which was true before this happened). There was a time gap of 2 days only with increased number of stuck/seized packages. We checked all tracking numbers after that period and all seem arriving fine again. Probably it was some sort of special operation of US customs. We do not know. For now, it looks like all is running smoothly. There is no guarantee this will not repeat again, lets hope it will not.

Due to the number of seizures mentioned above we had to reship a number of packages. Because of this we had some items out of stock. e.g. customers, who ordered prim200, but did not get packages, we do not have prim 200 in stock right now. We had to replace it with 2 x prim100, which is the same volume. I know some anastrozol and clen were lacking. It could be that some customers do not receive them in their orders. Really sorry about this. We will resolve each case with each customer individually. New restocking of EU-based warehouse is respected soon.

Great news guys and sorry for long-read, but it is worth reading!

1. In test mode we added bank wire as payment option. It is available for proven customers only, who has at least 2 completed orders in our store. No exclusions!!! All asks to allow an exclusion will be ignored, don`t even try.

2. US domestic warehouse is functioning as always. We had huge restocking recently, almost all items are available now. Pharmatropin is expected to be restocked soon. Also, we lowered oxandrolonos price at US domestic warehouse by 30$.

3. As RThoads mentioned earlier, our EU-based warehouse has 2 shipping locations now. By the way, EU-based does not mean only customers from EU can order there. We ship worldwide from this warehouse, incl. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.

By default, all items are shipped from location 1 (we call it warehouse 1 or W1). It is located within Europe and delivery takes 8-12 days as a rule, depending on your location.

Warehouse 2 is located outside of Europe, however we ship it a way that packages are routed through one of the European countries. Tracking number will show delivery from one of the European countries, without mentioning the origin country it was sent from. One month of trial deliveries shows great delivery success with less than 3% seizure rate so far. The only minus of this way is shipping time. It takes about 17-23 days depending on your location.

If some items in your shopping card are not available from the first warehouse, our system automatically assigns your ENTIRE order to the 2nd shipping location (warehouse 2 or W2).

Each item in our store has now availability indicators for both warehouses (W1 and W2).

IMPORTANT: Please remember, filtering items as per warehouse only shows, what items are available from warehouse 1 and what items are available from warehouse 2. If you filter to show all items from warehouse 2 it does not mean that your order will be shipped from warehouse 2.

It works in a different way. In order to ensure fastest delivery we always ship by default from warehouse 1. Warehouse 2 becomes chosen automatically by our system, ONLY WHEN one or several items in your shopping card are out of stock at warehouse 1.

Another example. You ordered PHARMATEST P100 and PHARMATEST E 300. TEST P100 is available from both warehouses. But TEST E300 is in stock only at warehouse 2. It is out of stock at warehouse 1. In this case your ENTIRE order is shipped from warehouse 2.

So, to say it other words. If you want your items to be shipped from warehouse 2, you need to pick up at least one single items, which is out of stock at warehouse 1.
