I have 300mg/ml test e this is my first cycle I’m splitting into 2 shots 150 on Monday 150 on Friday I took my first shot last night in the left delt and I woke up this morning with horrendous PIP my question is could this be because I have virgin muscles or is it the gear

0 at all which is why I’m confused I woke up this morning and it’s feels even worse than yesterday but my delt looks normal no swelling or anything out of the ordinary

if there is no redness or swelling I would not worry about it, if there is then get some antibiotics.

It might be that the slightly more concentrated test might give you a little pip.
