    i loaded the first week, it said to take one serving in the morning and one right after your workout, then maintain one serving right after workout for 8 weeks. When im done with the 8 weeks, should i stop taking it for 2 weeks then load again and repeat the whole process?

    I've heard from a few guys at work that go to the gym everyday and been doing it for years that they always do 30 mins cardio to warm up before each workout. Is this good or bad? I dont know if instead of warming up I might endup tired and not be able to lift as much as I would want to.
