Just wondering if any one can give me a little feed back on a fat burning, muscle gaining diet please.
Stats are 6'1 191lbs 8.5% BF
I lift 6x a week hitting 1 body part per session followed by HIIT cardio
Meal 1... 8am "pre workout"= 1 cup oatmeal & 4 egg whites
meal 2... Post workout= protein...
