Well I am wanting to put on weight (I weigh 195 lbs and stand 6 ft 2 in - want to be right around 225). Should I increase my protein intake to 300g or even higher then that?
by how much. I was under the assumption that you should be taking about 1g protein per 2 lbs of body weight. As far as Creatine ive never done more then 10 g. what would your advise be
I am about to start a IML Epi-Tren run. I am wondering if i should be upping my protein intake as well as my creatine monohydrate.
I current macros are 3400(ish) Calories, 250g protein: 330 g carbs and between 50-60 g fats with 25g fiber as well.
I do take protein supplements 30g 2x ( ON ) ...

I am still relatively new to lifting weights. My question is, what is considered a normal bench mark for the big 3 lifts (dead lift, squats and flat barbell bench press)
I just did 1 rep maxs for the 3 and my dead lift max is 355, squat 325, and bench press is 235. I am curious if this is good...
