when doing barbell shrugs do you think bar behind or bar in front is best??

theres a group of lads in my gym who watch too many video`s and think theyre monsters screaming all over the place on every rep even on biceps etc, it`s just annoying!! fair enough a grunt or2 is ok but these guys are ridiculous... muppets

would you people vary the ROM according to the weight? ie on a light week concentrate on full squats ATG and the on a heavy week go to 90degrees?
