To me Bill Pearl will always be number one. Beyond that some of my other favorites are Haney, Levrone, Wheeler, Ronnie. Phil Heath is growing on me more and more also.
In total agreement with this statement. If you are concerned with building muscle in any way, even in the future, I would cut the running way down. If you are training for a marathon or something at the moment then just eat as much as you can and focus on body composition later.
