personally I would never run two nors at the same time, your just asking for trouble there. tren can also be rather harsh and yes tren will kill your cardio. Id suggest test and an oral such as winny or var, that would be more geared toward a sprinter

shaving would show off more definition and i can say even my taper looks a lot better when i shave my chest and abdomen. Hair follicle aren't very deep so unless your using a 5/8 slin pin for IM shots then ur fine

I always rotate glutes and delts. Whenever i train biceps however ill oil em up lol. I feel like I get a greater mind/muscle connection and improved fullness. At first they hurt like a bitch but after a while they just got used to being jabbed. Im not a huge believer in site enhancement...
