    Thanks for the advice. I had it laid out that way as a matter of logistics - I work out at two different gyms, one where I work and one near my home - and the schedule just presented itself that way. However, I might just switch when I use each gym and try what you've said. Thanks again.

    I've had really good luck with behind-the-back shrugs. They seem to isolate the traps much better for me than regular shrugs did. And bump to the deadlifts.

    8 - 10 seems to be the most popular response. That's what I do as well - lots of presses (incline, decline and flat), with some flyes thrown in for isolation. Depending on the workout I also use weighted dips.
