What do you mean if you're from SD you don't have to take creatine as the companies say? What does that have to do anything being from SD? I am confused?
Oops, i read it wrong i meant since you said creatine doesn't need to be taken around the workout time. So don't take creatine on pre-workout take it on post after working out?

Right now i am taking Higher Power Micronized Creatine taking it pre and post workout. Next i will get the Green Magnitude Creatine i heard it is better. So should i take 1/2 scoop pre or post on Green Magnitude?
Also, one more thing i was told a few things someone told me to do as many cycles...
