Right now i am taking Higher Power Micronized Creatine taking it pre and post workout. Next i will get the Green Magnitude Creatine i heard it is better. So should i take 1/2 scoop pre or post on Green Magnitude?
Also, one more thing i was told a few things someone told me to do as many cycles as you want for 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off and keep doing this until you finish your creatine container. Someone else told me to not take any cycles and just keep taking creatine with no cycles. Which one is correct?
