Elbow Revive is the sH1t! Worked wonders for me. Probably the only thing that really helped as far as supplements go for tennis elbow. That said, you gotta do the stretches and rest as much as possible to reduce (hopefully eliminate) the inflammation. Eating clean helps too.
Interesting (and sad), but I question if she was following a proper protocol (most likely not). While most definitely a warning, one unfortunate instance like this shouldn't deter people from trying a diet that has been extremely beneficial to thousands (millions?) of others.
ain't that the truth. thought soemthing was wrong with me for a minute when I'd come home and not want to bang every night... just overtraining. up'd my carb intake and traded steady-state cardio for sprints and now the machine is back! haha.
this is good stuff. intensity of crossfit but with a solid programming aspect to it (if you so choose). not a crossfitter myself, but i do look forward to watching the games on espn this weekend.
I used to buy in bulk form proteinfactory.com but haven't been in a while. they're pretty cool bc you can customize your blends. nowadays, i'm lazy about it and just buy off Amazon. lol.
