I haven't lifted in many many years. I eat about 80-90% vegan. I get my protein from eating tons of vegetables, fermented soy and occasionally meat (twice a week or so).
I actually was 84 kilo 10 months back, but it was all garbage weight.... my fasting blood sugar was rising fast...

1) So what happens if you DON'T have a good base and start on a low dose of juice?
2) I've known people who juiced and they said they retained about 80% of the mass they'd built...So what happens to the muscle you've built up? It just gets reabsorbed by the body...
