Iv just changed my workout after doing some reserch and found this to be a good workout.
My workout in split into 4 sessions each session doing two body parts.
Monday: Biceps & Triceps / Session 1
Tuesday: Recovery!
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Back & Chest...
