Hey I have the same feeling sometimes. It usually comes with the change from winter to spring or from fall to winter...atleast for me.
I also notice the same feeling if I work out too much in a certain week. Like I will feel weak and burnt out after my 5 day in a row of working out.
Hah I used to eat the junk out of these peanut butter and cheese crackers at royal farms. I noticed they pulled the product for awhile during the height of the recall. They just finally put them back out!! woooo
Hello,
Your posture may have gotten worse if you have been less conscious about it over the years. Maybe put more effort into checking and fixing your posture continuously throughout the day and you might get your full height back.
Also, you can try some stretching to help losing up your back...
Uh it really depends on the person. If she doesnt want to stop, shes not going to stop. Theres really not much you can do to make her stop either. I was also wondering if there was a prescription for herb problems.
besides for more herb....
Sounds like you are just really sore and your mind is tricking you into thinking you cannot extend them anymore. Maybe turn down the intensity until you can sustain the weight without tearing yourself apart too much.
