i`m 200 pound 6ft my bodyfat is 15%
i started a low fat diet 3 months ago but the last month i haven`t better results.
3 times a week training
all muscle once in the week
every muscle with 6 reps
i want to keep muscle so mutch as possible

have you a special plan with creatin and glutamin to give the muscle more pump for bulk up?
i heard for a system when you must take creatin and glutamin togheter with 1 liter water two times a day but i do`t know exactly.
have you perhaps another idee with other products and nutrition...
