    ah ok thats good. as for your chest you can do dumbell presses instead of bench , go down and go up in a full range. also you can do dumbbell flies and as you approach failure continue with dumbbell presses this way you hit your chest hard before your triceps get tired.

    Cardio before or after weights?

    depends what you want..if muscle building is your goal then i would do cardio after....but the best is to do it another day. 5-10 mns of cardio is good before a workout but this counts as a warmup.

    the first thing i do after my work out is to wash my hands thoroughly..i mean u never know what and who touched the weights
