    dont really do full body. ill do what i stated above one day, then the next day ill do pull ups 5 sets 8 reps, then chin ups 5 sets 8 reps then concentration curls 5 sets 8 reps each arm. that about it. next day rest, then the day after that ill start over with chest

    ok so i've been doing flat barbell bench and triceps dips for a couple of months now and made nice gains, but as of late none whats so ever, i was thinking of switching to dumbell inclines. my question is do u guys think thats the right exercise to switch to, also would a barbell do the same.

    i think i figured it out, before i kinda had grip like when u do diamond cut push ups, now i brought my wrist closer together and it seems like the load is more evenly ditributed

    im doing overhead extensions for my tri's but i feel it a lot more in right tricep dont understand why, also whats a heart shaped grip?

    for the past two months i've been doing as many sets as i could till could barely lift the bar up once. wondering if this is doing me any good

    ok i'v only have been doing flat for chest for about 6 weeks now, do as muich sets as it takes till i can barely lift the bar more than once. my last chest workout i did the same after that i did chest flies and overhead arm extensions, about 5 sets for both. now 2 days later im a little sore...
