    You and I traded comments over your back problems before. I can advise you that many exercises that you do seated will be better for your back if you do them standing. It has worked very well for me with similar injuries. I encourage you to lift lift and lift. Its really the only thing that helps

    I was just kidding around about "having your problem" I have an an acquaintance who is very very underweight. I don't think he has an unhealthy view of himself, but I know he would love some extra pounds. He was just diagnosed with Diabetes and i think its because of being underweight.

    I was going to say that about Push ups Chins and DIPS...they have a quality of exercise that is different then Bench Press, Lat pull downs and decline press. The seem to me at least, to not be body building movements....Just thinking out loud

    I disagree with that supposition. ( I HAVE NO EXPIERENCE). If your max UN shirted is 300, and your max shirted is 400...then its still a max...the same muscles are maxed, just at a higher level of poundage. I am assuming that shirted or un shirted the same muscles are used so it stands to reason...
