    New Supplement stack need help

    when you take them, it should be a regular time, so that way your body knows its going to get vitamins, i would suggest putting them next to your toothbrush or something so when you wake up you wont forget to take them plus you will be taking them at a regular time

    its very well possible, i am not gaining fat because i have a scale that measures it, and i have stayed at a steady 6.8bf, but yet im gaining about 1 to 1.5 of muscle.

    I am taking creatine only after my workout. It says to take it everyday, but on the days i dont workout, im not really doing that much physical stuff, so wouldnt it be pretty well pointless to take it?? I would love to do a split but dont have the time to go to the gym that much. thanks

    i hate the people in my gym that are trying to do deadlift and they put way to much weight on and try it, but there just trying to get attention so they slam it down when they cant do it and look around to see if everyone else is looking, fuckin assholes
