    Meal Timing

    Someone said it well about a week or two back. They said something like your body isn't on a clock that tells you to eat at a certain minute or second, so if you're off by a little bit, don't stress, it isn't the end of the world. I concur.

    2-3 gallons easily I drink a gallon when I lift, and at work I drink at least another one or two, if I go and get some more after the first one. And then some more when I get home. It adds up...

    I would think that you would want to keep your protein intake high still, and only eat a moderate amount of carbs. Don't skimp on them by any means, but realize that because you're not using crazy amounts of energy right now, you don't need to eat nearly as many as you did. What types of things...
