very nice post! the only thing I would have to respectfully disagree with is the making of the bed.
I personally don't make my bed,I let the bed air out.
even a little moisture can attract dust mites so I do what I can do lessen them.
not a big deal either way!
well before hand you could have supplemented with some vitamin b-5 AND L-dopa to help with the prolactin sides as you are prone to.As of now it really would not help greatly/
with the estrogen, you know the deal already.
I take it,not for gyno though.
I love the cardiovascular benefits and how it helps my joints,etc...
I only take 400-600 mg, x2 daily. Not much of it gets absorbed in the intestinal tract so a little more is needed and at least twice a day.
livelong is actually one of the few companies I would trust for sure! I have used a lot of their stuff.
some companies put a 50% extract at a high dose along with some other stuff in sexual health products or test boosters and sell for $20-30
the math does not add up,lol either they don't...
very good post! def hold off on any meds for now,it is not that out of control yet.
only thing I would add is buy some co-q10 and hawthorne berry along with a high q uality fish oil and take that every day and see where you are at in 30-50 days.
I would start with the advice in the post...
the thing with a cheap Icariin is the standardization will be low.
The raw price for 50% icariin or higher is literally through the damn roof!
with that being said,if you can find a 50% icariin and some grape seed extract or pine bark it is a superb combo for what you are looking for!
mixed tocopherols and Zinc will help however you should really wait till at least a month or so till all hormones are cleared in your system.
While it is possible and does happen sometimes, the numbers are against you.
There is less then a 30% chance you will get your wife pregnant while on...
