    Since i began lifting i have seen a lot of difference and develpmont in my body, but i want more and i think its time to try some better routines heres what i do now Mon-back,biceps wed-chest,shoulders friday-triceps legs i think that this routine sucks Can you help me with a better one?

    dude i have the same problem do not push your shoulder at all try to go with lighter bench. My shoulder was in such pain when i was working chest out that i couldnt even do push-ups try to not do chest for a week or two or the pain will get much worse

    Well since i have a shoulder injury i think that chest and shoulders at the same day will put too much pressure on the shoulder area. I know that my shoulder injury came from bench pressing so i am trying to take it easy for a while thats why i gave shoulders and chest separate days
