    don't get me wrong we enjoy the gym too but at home we work out at 5:30 am so we have no interuptions and that has worked for us

    home gyms hey as far as home gyms go, my wife and I alternate the gym and home to keep motivated, we have a nice gym close to our house which makes it nice
