granted you are tall, but isn't that A LOT of calories? I'm about 5ft 4 or 5ft 6 (i'm not sure atm), 200lbs.. i calculated my calorie intake over a period of 4 days and on average my intake is about 2000cals a day. 4500 cals a day seems massive!
thanks! I have this article on calculating your caloric needs and your daily caloric expenditure, but I don't know how to use that to determine how to create an effective caloric deficit for my diet. Any advice greatly appreciated!

My PCF yesterday was P=168, C=186, F=69. Today it's 155 , 173, 51. Shouldn't I be reducing carbs more on the male cutting plan? I appreciate any advice so I can make this diet work!
rite, thanks for the help holdDaMayo. Cutting calories by taking out more sugary fruits is needed. As for flax oil, I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night, should I be taking more?
thanks for the responses.. what if I like to eat lots of fruit? maybe a pear or apple to go with my protein shakes.. grapes? these foods have sugar in them, and doesn't the cutting plan aim to cut out most sugars?
