is this a good chest work out

Just from a female point of view........I can bench a heck of a lot more on a Smith than I can a free bar. On a Smith, you don't have to worry about using stablizing muscles, whereas on a free bar you do. Much harder. Deisel.........you're one strong young man! How tall are you? How much do...

    Body For Life

Here's a follow-up story from a former BFL'er. I'm still working out.........in great shape and loving it. I belong to a forum on MSN where many many former bfl'ers are working out lonnnnnnnnng after doing BFL for the first time. Like I said in my earlier post. It's just a plan. Many plans...

Is 9 sets for Quads too much?

Have you ever tried 'good mornings' for hamstrings? My hams are screaming after doing them. Here'a link: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Hamstrings/BBGoodMorning.html or http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Hamstrings/SMGoodMorning.html Jen

Number of exercises per body part

Thanks for the help guys. I don't feel like I'm overtraining, but I know others do less, so I wanted to see what others do. It has been my experience with other women friends that bodybuild, that women tend to do more exercises per body part and men tend to do less. I'm happy with the...

Number of exercises per body part

How many exerices per body part do you do? I'm interested because I think, according to what I've read here, that I might be over trainning, although I've been pleased with progress, and feel like I'm overtrainning. I have a 4 day split working shoulders/calves, chest/bi's, quads/hams...
