i some body that can help me with my abs i got a gut it is big not big but it shows how can i loss it. i need some routine for abs

im a powerlifter i weigh 240 im trying to get to 200 n a mounth for powerliftin meets. at the same time trying to ggain more muscle mass. wat can i do?
