If you by lactic u mean sore, then know, that usually goes away after a day or two. What I am talking about is that I feel like I have no energy what so ever and if given the chance I could sleep for four or five days straight.
What is the best way 2 prevent feeling completely drained with absolutly no energy after 2 weeks of working out? This happens with all types of workouts from p90x to crossfit to just going to the gym and lifting weights
Ok, so I have been searching like hell, but thus far I feel as lost as a bastard on father's day.... I have a bunch of freaking questions as it relates to lifting and dietary infromation but to me they do not seem to fit in any of the forums. anyone out there willing to help a rookie out?
Hey all,
To say that I have never worked out before would be a bold faced lie. But to say that the "training" I have done has not produced a whole lot of results would not be much of an understatement.
Hope this place can help me out.
