What about going all the way down vs. going half way(or until your arm is 90 degrees) with BB bench press?? Ive heard when you go all the way down it works more of the chest, then Ive also heard the extra half way doesnt do anything.

for a while i wasnt getting sore, but then i took 2 weeks off because i went a trip....then when i came back after my first work out i was really sore. Maybe a few days off would help
Right now I just do barbell press, but some of my friends do both on the same work out. Like barbell flat and incline and db flat and incline. So I was just curious about it. I like Barabell much better than db.

Is it good to do barbell bench press and dumbell bench press in the same work out?? or should they be done on separate work outs??
