you should take it easy. Increase the weight gradually to a point when you can take it without getting into huge effort and pain.
Eventually your body will adapt and will be able to move forwarad
Some people just cut carbs in the evening (from 4 or 5pm) and eat in the morning the necessary amount to function during the day. That way you will burn the carbs during the day and avoid any storage during the night
Well depends on hte person. I would say genetics plays a good part.
Some people just workout a bit and look great others have to really put a lot of effort to see results...
it's like math, some just see the numbers and its done others have to study hours to get to the same result ;)
Well, some say Tren has a fat loss effect, so I supposed it might help. However, the main focus should be cardio and diet... and if you are looking to lose fat maybe some clen would be a good idea.
I made a Test E, Deca cycle and wanted to cut at the end. I reduced my calories and started intensive cardio but didnt really noticed any cutting effect. I guess I was too bloated to notice any fat loss...
I've also heard one should wait until after 25 years old before touching gear. Something with own testorone production/receptor damage...but I'm not an expert
I started using gear with 27 anyway...
I take Finasteride regularly at the dose of 1mg ED. but that's on a regular basis. During a cycle I'm not sure if increasing the dose is needed. I'm also interested in hearing some info about it... I'll be running tren and mast soon too
I think any mild benzo should do the trick. They work fast.
SSRIs and other antidepressants are probably a long term treatment and will take a couple of weeks or months to see the full effects. However, SSRIs and other antdepressants will kill your libido so it will more a problem than a soltion
I always use Caber while running tren or deca. They are both 19-nor anabolic steroids that increase prolactin. Caber should keep it down to avoid the side effects related to high prolactin levels...
Some people say if you keep strogens low in general (with an AI), there should not be prolactin...
Buspar is an Anxiolytic but it doesn't create dependance. Maybe that's ur doctor wanted to take you out of benzos. Buspar will make you very horny though^^
I've tried Buspar, but it makes very anxious (eventhough it should reduce it) but it works great for libido, makes you horny like if I were on gear... But very agitated
