Ive ben having pain around the iner edges of my pecs for about a week now. When i cough it hurts ect... wtf did i do. i was pushing hard that week pushing heavier then i ever have . i dont know if i ripped something or what please help.

My background: IM 17 almost 18 roughly 5'10 170. I eat lots of calories but im not fat. Bagel for breakfest and a yogurt with water.
