    Favorite & Least Favorite Parts To Train

    I would say that my favorite body parts to train are my biceps and calves. Shoulders too. I enjoy shoulder work as you can see the results almost immediately. I hate leg day, but i do it. Bad knees make it tough to get excited about training legs.

    during football season i do a push/leg/pull routine. we practice tuesdays and thursdays so it only gives me three days to train. plus, i look forward to bench on mondays and then biceps on fridays. i never look forward to squats;)

    I am not an expert but i have always tried to allow at least 2 days of rest between trainings on the same muscle groups. If you do biceps on monday, don't touch em again till thursday at the soonest. Just a suggestion, switch to a push/pull/legs type of workout.

    I always worry that I am over training sometimes. Here is what I did last night for shoulders... Seated One Arm Lateral Raises 25x8, 30x6, 35x6 Arnold Presses 40x8, 45x8, 55x6 Standing Front Raises 25x8, 30x8, 35x6 Dumbell Shrugs 75x14, 80x12, 85x8 I also did a little ab work too. I'm not sure...

    10x10 Training

    I have met one person who did this routine. He would be on it for 3 weeks then off for 2. He did it for about 7 months and it gave him huge gains. Not sure what his diet or supplement intake was like but for him it seemed to work quite well.

    Sorry, I guess that was unclear. 2.5 hours prior to workout is when I have my last meal. then 20-30 minutes prior to the gym I take NO-Explode. Then immediately after my workout, usually around 2 hours, I eat and take a protein shake.

    A grand THANKYOU to everyone that offered advice. I took a total of 7 days in a row off from the gym and increased my sleep from 6-7 hours to a full 8 hours minimum and I feel great! I went back into the gym yesterday expecting to be a little behind where I was on bench and I blew myself away...

    Thanks ForemanRules. I am going to break for a few weeks to allow muscles to rest. Then i am going to start a more educated approach. Hopefully with a better routine.
