I always worry that I am over training sometimes. Here is what I did last night for shoulders...
Seated One Arm Lateral Raises 25x8, 30x6, 35x6
Arnold Presses 40x8, 45x8, 55x6
Standing Front Raises 25x8, 30x8, 35x6
Dumbell Shrugs 75x14, 80x12, 85x8
I also did a little ab work too. I'm not sure...
