Help the new guy?
Hi, Im new here and looking for a little help. Im not sure where to start so....I'm 26, 5'8", and 180lbs. I use to workout when I was like 18-20 with my friends, they would tell me what to do, I had no idea, I think this contributes to my weight cause at this height/weight most people are fat...- maximo
