    ..Enough recovery ( rest ) time? I was still feeling the soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) of Mondays sesion on my Bi's and Shoulders.. ..Today, i had Tri's and Chest My chest feels worked but my Tri's hardly feel worked.. ..Where as my shoulders and Bi's feel like they've had a full workout...

    ..Yeah, Thanx for the advice SlimShady! I'm still getting used to how these forums work.. ( the gallery, the journals etc.etc ) ..With the help of musclepump and the link LAM left me, i devised a pretty nifty shcedule with nice excersizes!
