    Ok I'll get right down to it. I'm out of shape, 240lbs, 6'4" and after being injured in combat, decided to not care as much and let things go. Sobb story I know so, now I'm in the need of actually getting off my ass and kicking it daily again. My problem is this.. I want to lose about 25 lbs...
