    thanks for the response guys. I JUST STARTED bulking. And YES I am looking to add HUGE mass and HUGE strength gains, why is my rotuine wrong What would be better? And I ran RIppetoes for a lonnggg time drinking a gallon of farm-pure Whole Milk and barely gained in strength / lbs...
