My current routine is:
DB bench press, seated overhead press, alternate deadlifts or squats, 2 different kinds of rows and sometimes lat pull downs.
Mon: 3 sets 3-5 reps
Wed: 3 sets 5-8 reps.
Fri: 3 sets 8-12 reps
I have been doing this for about 3-4 months.
