Thanks Built, you are right! The first time to un-olive my body shape starts with losing some fat around my waist. But my shoulder is narrow and chest undersized. I don't think the bone structure can be modified with exercise, right? So what should I do to make my shoulder appear to be wider... -

Total newbie here so bear with me. I am 50+yo, 5'8" and 170 lbs. The problem is that I have narrow shoulder to go with 38" waist. So I have an olive shaped body. The opposite of wide shoulder and small waist. I don't think the bone structure can be altered but are there stuff that I can...
