I think I need to check out a Bio book and read up a little, I took a look at Lyle's book and didn't understand half of it. I may just ask my Chemistry or Biology professor if they could shed some light upon it too. I really want to understand this, but it's so confusing some times :confused:

Ketogenic diets seek to deplete the liver of glycogen so that it will have to use the stores of glycogen stored as fat. This is done by eating minimal to NO carbs. That's a keto diet in laymens terms.

I know what ketones are and Ive read up on the damn diet. I printed out a 20 page article on how to do them and good foods to eat while on them. As far as Aas, I'm not even freaking on them. All I asked was is my keto diet looking ok.
