I know sit ups are good for flat tummy but for how much time we spend on it in a day.and also want to know, is it necessary that we should do sit ups after get fresh.
The best and easiest way to give brown colour to rice is: put 1/4 tsp of sugar in an empty cooker or pan, cook until it changes to brown color now add water and rice and whatever you want to add. After cooking, rice changes into brown colour.:)
I only like banana shake. :lick: I don't like rest of recipes made up of bananas :banana: I like shake with less amount of banana and more milk and sugar with some flavour for colour. I also like the original colour but to make it beautiful i add some colour in it.
