Hi guys i was wondering if eny of you could give me some constructive comments on this routine please.Im 47 and workout at home i normally do fullbody workouts but have recently changed.

pfunck your dead right about head and kneck position ive done the same thing. i know suffer with a condition called winged scapular my nerve is damaged and my shoulder blade sticks out. i can only lift 7kg on my righthand shoulder press.
With my work i finnd it very hard to eat more than 3000 cals a day.
Ive only changed routine about 2 months ago from a full body work out to a 3 day aweek workout.

wed back & biceps
fri legs & shoulders
